Refund & Cancellation Policy — The PATIX Matrimony

1. General Policy

By registering or subscribing to The PATIX Matrimony, users agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
The services provided are digital, time-based, and service-oriented, therefore refunds are not applicable once payment is made.

The proprietor / company does not guarantee marriage, matchmaking success, or response from other members.
Payments are made only for access to the platform and its features, not for the guarantee of results.


2. Cancellation of Paid Subscription

Users may choose to stop using or deactivate their account at any time, but:

  • Subscription / membership fees once paid are non-refund­able
  • No partial refunds or carry-forward of unused subscription period will be allowed
  • Cancellation of subscription does not revoke the user's obligation to follow the Terms & Conditions

3. Automatic Expiry

All paid plans expire automatically after the selected duration (e.g., monthly / quarterly / annual).
A subscription does not auto-renew unless the user manually renews.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases (including but not limited to):

  • User did not receive expected responses or matches
  • User is unable to find a suitable partner
  • Communication or interaction issues between members
  • Account deactivation by user before plan expiry
  • Account termination due to policy violation / misuse
  • Delay / failure from user shown in providing correct documents or verification
  • Technical issues caused by user’s device or internet connection

5. Duplicate / Wrong Payments

If a user accidentally makes duplicate payment, a refund may be considered only after verification of transaction records.
Delivery may take 10–21 working days.
The decision of The PATIX Matrimony management shall be final.


6. Modification or Discontinuation of Services

The app reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing, features, or plans
  • Add / remove services
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend app operations

In case of service modification, downtime, or discontinuation, no refunds will be provided.


7. User Responsibility

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • The platform only provides matchmaking services, not marriage guarantee
  • The platform is not responsible for fraud, misrepresentation, or failure of communication between users
  • The platform cannot interfere in personal disputes, engagements, dowry issues, financial transactions, or marriage arrangements

8. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of The PATIX Matrimony / Proprietor / Management under any circumstance (if proven in legal environment) shall not exceed the total subscription amount paid by the user for the current active plan.
No indirect, personal, financial, emotional, or reputational damages will be entertained.


9. Agreement

By:

  • Registering on the app/website,
  • Using the service, and/or
  • Making a payment
  • Using / browsing the app/website

the user fully agrees and accepts this Refund & Cancellation Policy, and waives any right to claim, demand, dispute, or initiate legal action against the proprietor or the platform regarding refunds or subscription cancellations.
